Team Member: Hospitality, Support & Guest Services

Trugalug Chocolates is looking for a versatile, energetic Team Member to join our Raleigh shop. This is a foundational role where you’ll ensure our space stays sparkling, our guests feel welcome, and our operations run smoothly.

The Role

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a "hybrid" work style—balancing behind-the-scenes support with front-of-house guest interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Heart of House Support: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by primarily handling dishwashing, sanitizing equipment, and ensuring all chocolate-making tools are ready for action.
• Shop Upkeep: Keep the retail and dining areas pristine, ensuring a premium experience for every visitor.
• Point of Sale (POS): Greet customers with warmth, process transactions accurately, and answer basic questions about our chocolates and workshops.
