Milk Chocolate Truffle

We formulate our dark milk chocolate truffle so that the milk and cream do not entirely overpower the cacao's top notes.  

Ingredients: cacao nibs, cocoa butter, sugar, milk, cream, colored cocoa butter

Hazelnut

Toasted hazelnut chips paired with a gianduja made with our house ground 100% hazelnut paste. We fold in feuilletine for a satisfying cookie crunch. *contains nuts

Apple Cider Caramel

We simmer apple cider and reduce it below 25% to highlight the apple flavors and caramelize the natural fructose.

Ingredients: cacao nibs, cocoa butter, sugar, apple cider, milk, cream, butter, colored cocoa butter

Espresso Caramel Irish Cream

House brewed espresso coffee flavors a layer of caramel over dark chocolate Irish cream ganache. *contains alcohol

Ingredients: cacao nibs, cocoa butter, sugar, hazelnuts, milk, cream, wheat flour, malt extract, colored cocoa butter

Ingredients: cacao nibs, cocoa butter, sugar, milk, cream, butter, espresso, Irish cream liqueur, colored cocoa butter

We roast, winnow and grind carefully selected cacao to produce Trugalug Chocolates and select our  our organic, natural ingredients. Because we don't use sorbitol, dextrose, or glucose Trugalug Chocolates must be consumed or frozen within 7 days. To maintain freshness, freeze in a airtight container and defrost 24 hours in the refrigerator to prevent condensation.
